What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and community engagement.
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Scheduling appointments and following up to keep acquisition goals on track.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop effective outreach and marketing strategies.
  • Tracking your sales progress and communicating updates regularly.
  • Staying compliant with all insurance licensing and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring to the Table:

  • A strong sales mindset with a passion for hitting targets consistently.
  • Ability to self-market and cultivate your own client base.
  • Understanding of commission structures and motivation by performance-based earnings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Willingness and ability to obtain required state insurance licenses (training and support provided).

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
